Gutscheine
Wie lange ist mein Gutschein gültig?
Unsere Gutscheine sind 3 Jahre gültig – jeweils bis zum Ende des Kalenderjahres, in dem die Frist endet.
Beispiel:
Ein Gutschein vom 19.03.2024 ist bis zum 31.12.2027 gültig.
Was passiert, wenn mein Gutschein abgelaufen ist?
Nach Ablauf kann der Gutschein noch bis zu 2 Jahre reaktiviert werden:
- Der Gutschein wird dabei in einen Wertgutschein umgewandelt
- Es fällt eine Zuzahlung von 20 % des Gutscheinwertes an
- Danach kann der Gutschein für weitere 12 Monate in voller Höhe eingelöst werden
Beispiel:
Gutschein vom 04.05.2022 (Aroma Wellness Rückenmassage, Wert 39 €)
→ Reaktivierung am 19.03.2026
→ Zuzahlung: 7,80 € (20 %)
→ Einlösbar bis: 19.03.2027 mit dem vollen Wert von 39 €
Wichtig:
Gutscheine, die älter als 5 Jahre sind, gelten als endgültig abgelaufen und können nicht mehr eingelöst werden.
